Mr. Stanton is a developer of timeshare property, rental property, restaurants, liquor stores and television stations. He was a producer of television series and miscellaneous entertainment-related events.
A. J. Stanton, Jr. was born in Montclair, NJ. He was admitted to the Florida Bar and founded his firm in Orlando in 1971. Mr. Stanton created Stanton & Gasdick, P.A. in 1987 with Michael Gasdick.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1967 and his Juris Doctor in 1970 from the University of Florida. Mr. Stanton received his LLM in Taxation from New York University in 1971.
He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta, the Florida State Bar (Member, Sections on: Taxation; Real Property; Family Law) and the American Bar Association (Member, Sections on: International Law, Taxation, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law).
